Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy We understand that life happens, and sometimes plans change. To ensure fairness and availability for all clients, please review our policy regarding cancellations and rescheduling: Clients may reschedule or cancel their session up to 24 hours before their scheduled appointment without penalty. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session will incur a $25 fee, which can be applied toward a rescheduled session. No-shows or last-minute cancellations (less than 1 hour before the session) may result in forfeiture of the session fee. Thank you for your understanding and commitment to honoring both your time and ours.
