SENIOR WELLNESS
Domango Training works with organizations to host Wellness events that include Senior Fitness classes and talks.
For over three years Domango Training has worked with Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. New Orleans to host their WISE PEARL event for the Senior Centers of the Greater New Orleans area.
FITNESS SERIES & PROGRAMS
Dance Fitness
Senior Dance Fitness is for ALL Levels and can be done standing or in a chair.
This class provides a fun experience where Seniors perform basic aerobic and rhythmic movements to their favorite Classic Hits.
This class is excellent for joint and cardio health.
Chair Resistance
Chair Resistance provides an opportunity for Seniors to build muscular strength using light weight resistance bands or dumbbells.
Seniors are carefully instructed through exercises that tone their legs, knees, arms, and shoulders.
STRETCH
Our stretch classes give Seniors an opportunity to improve their flexibility and range of motion.
Spanning from 30-45 minutes, Seniors are taken through a series of stretches that work the legs, lower back, hips, and arms.
Our stretches are effective standing or sitting
