Youth Healing Movement

Students receive an intimate, immersive session of dance, fitness, meditation, mindfulness, and creative expression to harness their personal power and authentic selves. Our class will focus on learning:

-Fundamentals and beginning choreography of dance styles such as hip hop, jazz, modern, and ballet

-Fitness form and conditioning

-Mindfulness and meditation for positive thinking and self belief
