Aromatherapy Stretch and Foam Roll

Service Description

In this 45 minute session, take in aligned aromatherapy oils while being personally deep stretched and foam rolled. This session intentionally moves out any stagnant energy in the body that is stuck deep within the muscles and tissues. Receive guidance from Spirit and your Ancestors on what should be added to your wellness lifestyle for more intentional spiritual healing and physical recovery.
